Takoyaki! Here are the ingredients and instructions for making delicious takoyaki: 

*Ingredients:*

 - For the batter

 - Wheat flour

 - Cornstarch

 - Salt

 - Water 

- Egg

 - For the filling

 - Octopus (or can be substituted with chicken or shrimp) 

- Daikon (Japanese radish)

 - Scallions 

- For the sauce 

- Takoyaki sauce (or can be substituted with okonomiyaki sauce) 

- Mayonnaise

 - Bonito flakes (or can be substituted with fish floss)

 - Nori (seaweed) 




*Methods* 

1. *Make the batter* Combine the wheat flour, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl. Add water little by little until the batter is runny. Add the egg and mix well.

 2. *Prepare the filling* Cut the octopus into suitable sizes. Peel and grate the daikon. Chop the scallions. 

3. *Frying the takoyaki* Heat the takoyaki mold over medium heat. Pour the batter into the mold until it is half full. Add the octopus, daikon, and spring onion filling. Pour more batter until the mold is full. 

4. *Shaping the takoyaki* Use a skewer to shape the takoyaki into balls. Fry until golden brown. 

5. *Serving* Serve the takoyaki with takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and nori.
